You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact that provider directly and keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Comparisonincreasingly Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
